2018 – Junior Season: Played in 105 sets… Ranked second on the team with 231 digs… Averaged 2.20 digs per set… Came up with two service aces vs. Auburn (8/31)… Ended the season with 10 total aces… Season-best dig performance came against Cleveland State with 17 (9/14)… Posted 14 digs at home vs. Creighton (9/28)… Credited with two aces vs. Villanova (10/6)… Posted 12 digs in back-to-back matches at Providence and Creighton (10/18-20).
2017 at Gardner-Webb: Played in all 111 sets... Led the team with 503 digs (4.53 per set) and ranked third on the team with 93 assists... Logged 576 digs in 2016 (4.97 per set) to go along with 27 service aces and 115 assists... Earned BIG SOUTH Freshman of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week honors during her first two seasons... Set a school record with 37 digs in a four-set match vs. Robert Morris... Named to multiple all-tournament teams.
2016 at Gardner-Webb: Played in 116 sets … Led the team in digs (576) and digs per set (4.97) … Second on the team in service aces (27) … Third on the team in assists (115) and assists per set (0.99) … Had 13 games with 20 or more digs … Tallied a season-high 37 digs in the season-opening win over Robert Morris (Aug. 26) … Had 29 digs at The Citadel (Aug. 27) and at Campbell (Nov. 12) … Posted a season-high five service aces in a 3-0 win over Delaware State (Sep. 9) … Had four aces against Liberty (Oct. 22) … Named Big South Conference Freshman of the Week on August 29 … Earned Big South Defensive Player of the Week honors on September 12.
2015 at Gardner-Webb: Played in 26 sets ... Totaled 42 kills and 66 digs ... Recorded a double-double with 14 digs, 11 kills and a season-high three blocks in her collegiate debut at William & Mary (Aug. 28) ... Added a second double-double with season-highs of 14 digs and 13 kills against The Citadel (Sep. 5) ... Posted 13 digs and seven kills against USC Upstate (Sep. 5) ... Sat out the remainder of the season due to injury.
High School: Three-year letter-winner under head coach Susan Davidson at Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tennessee … Three-time Prepxtra and KIL First Team honoree … Named to the all-state and all-region team each season … Two-time District Regular Season MVP … Prepxtra Player of the Year as a junior … Helped her team win two district championships, three regional championships and three sectional titles... Best finish included being runner-up at state... The 2015 team at Farragut set a school record with 54 wins... They ended the season 54-4, finishing second in the state and No. 17 in the country... Personal: Daughter of Wes and Christie Milstead … Has two younger brothers, Nick and Blake … Father Wes played football at Maryville College … Majoring in heathcare management … Plans to attend graduate school for heathcare management.
