Biography
AS A JUNIOR (2022-23 SEASON): Played in 13 games for the Bulldogs, totaling 71 minutes of action...averaged 0.7 points and 0.5 rebounds per game...had seven blocks, which were sixth on the team...played a season-high 12 minutes at UConn Jan. 22, scoring three points to go along with three blocks...had three rebounds in nine minutes of action against Seton Hall Jan. 28.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22 SEASON): Played in 22 games, averaging 8.1 minutes per contest...averaged 1.4 points and 1.3 rebounds per game, while shooting 40 percent from the field and 35 percent (6-17) from behind the arc...had a season-high seven points against Texas A&M Nov. 23 as part of the Maui Invitational (played in Las Vegas)...went 3-for-4 from the field against Texas A&M, one night after hitting both of his three-point attempts to register six points against Houston (Nov. 22)...had four rebounds in four separate games during the season...had two assists against Troy Nov. 13 and posted two blocks against Texas A&M Nov. 23.
AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21 SEASON): Saw action in 24 of the team's 25 games, averaging 14.8 minutes per game...scored 1.7 points per game and pulled down 2.6 rebounds per contest...shot 40 percent from the field...led the Bulldogs in rebounding once...had five or more rebounds in five games...pulled down a season-high nine rebounds at Xavier Feb. 21...scored a season-high seven points (3-for-3 from the field) to go along with five rebounds in his Butler debut Dec. 16 at Villanova...had six points and six rebounds in the Dec. 23 win over Providence.
PRIOR TO BUTLER: Finished his four-year high school career with 1,140 points and 1,203 rebounds...2019-20 Rhode Island Independent Schools Athlete of the Year...his No. 11 jersey has been retired by St. Andrew's...won 48 games in his two seasons at St. Andrew's...averaged 17 points and 11 rebounds as a senior, leading St. Andrew's to the New England prep school Final Four...named to the All-New England Team…as a junior, led St. Andrew's to the New England prep school championship, posting 15 points and 13 rebounds in the championship game…named to Rhode Island's All-USA Super Team as a junior after averaging 14.3 points and nine rebounds per game…consensus three-star prospect…played with City Rocks in EYBL competition…began his high school career at Bergen Catholic before starring at St. Andrew’s…played for coach Mike Hart at St. Andrew's.
PERSONAL: Son of Anthony and Jennifer...has an older sister, Jordan, who played basketball at Dayton.
