Butler University Athletics

2025 season (as a freshman): Appeared in 34 games, starting 18...primarily played at catcher...totaled 12 hits, picking up her first collegiate RBI at Evansville (2/14)...stole two bases, scored seven runs, and had three sacrifice bunts.

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Boydston was a four-year varsity starter and letterwinner at Indian Trails High School winning All-State Second Team as well as All-Conference, All-County, and All-District First Team honors as a catcher. She batted .500 with 34 RBI as a junior and .449 with 21 RBI as a senior. As a team captain and team MVP, she helped lead her team to 67 total wins and two WIAA Regional Championships. Boydston played for Wisconsin Lightning Fastpitch for eight years, helping the team to an overall record of 455-158-18. The club won a pair of national championships and finished in the top-3 in the nation three times. She graduated summa cum laude from Indian Trail where she was a member of the National Honor Society and earned the Distinguished Athlete Award.

ON CHOOSING BUTLER: "I chose Butler because it felt like home. I fell in love with the coaching staff and admire the culture that Coach Hall has created and the connection he has with his players. Stepping onto campus only cemented my choice. I love the feeling of community between the students and staff, and I am super excited to be pushed academically as well as athletically."
