2023-24 SEASON: Started 32 of the team's 33 games, missing that single game due to injury...played 31.9 minutes per game...led the team in both assists (156) and steals (71)...his 71 steals are third on Butler's single-season list, while the 156 assists rank sixth...led the BIG EAST in steals for the fourth consecutive season, swiping 2.22 per game...his steals per game average was 16th nationally...finished fifth in the BIG EAST (and Top 60 nationally) in assists per game (4.9)...averaged 11.3 points per game, which was fourth on the team...shot 43 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 78 percent from the free throw line...finished third on the team in rebounding at 4.6 per game...scored in double figures 23 times, which included a pair of 20-point games...had two games with 10+ rebounds and one game handing out double-digit assists...led Butler in scoring five times and in rebounding in four games...posted a triple-double in the Nov. 30 win over Texas Tech (10 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists), which was the first triple-double for Butler since 2016 and just the third by a Bulldog since 1984...matched his career-high with six steals in the Jan. 20 win over DePaul...scored a season-best 21 points on two occasions (in the Dec. 9 win over California and at Xavier Jan. 16)...matched his career-high with four three-pointers at Villanova Feb. 20...hit multiple three-pointers in eight games...had nine games with three or more steals...averaged 4.9 assists per game, and had five games handing out eight or more...scored his 1,000th career point in the Nov. 10 win over Southeast Missouri State...handed out his 500th career assist in the Feb. 6 game against UConn.

2022-23 SEASON (AS A JUNIOR AT ST. JOHN’S): Averaged 10.2 points per game…led the BIG EAST at 2.0 steals per game (61 total) that was also 30th nationally…had six steals in a game twice during the season…handed out 4.2 assists per game, which was 11th in the BIG EAST…had 13 games with five or more assists, highlighted by a season-best nine assists Feb. 11 against Providence…also had eight assists against Long Island Nov. 29…started 28 of the 30 games he played in…scored in double figures 17 times, including a season-high 18 points in back-to-back games to close the regular season against UConn Feb. 25 and at Marquette March 4…added 3.9 rebounds per game…shot 40 percent from the field and 72 percent from the free throw line…named to the five-member BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll twice during the season…earned Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) All-Met third-team honors.
2021-22 SEASON (AS A SOPHOMORE AT ST. JOHN’S): All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention…named to the watch list for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Award…All-Met second-team honors…appeared in 29 games and made 25 starts…averaged 13.8 points per game, which was second on the team and 11th in the BIG EAST…11th in the nation and led the BIG EAST at 2.3 steals per game…his 2.27 assist/turnover ratio was second in the BIG EAST and 44th nationally…second in the BIG EAST (and 19th nationally) by averaging 5.5 assists per game…posted three double-doubles…shot 49.8 percent from the field, which was fourth in the BIG EAST…his 74.1 free throw percentage was tenth in the conference…fifth in the BIG EAST in offensive rebounding at 2.6 per game, a mark that was also Top 100 nationally…scored in double figures 23 times with three 20-point efforts…scored 18 points and dished out seven assists in the season-opener against Mississippi Valley State Nov. 9…registered nine assists against Saint Peter’s Nov. 13…scored 23 points on 11-of-16 shooting against Fordham Dec. 5…posted an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double in an overtime loss at UConn Jan. 12… tallied 29 points (on 13-for-20 shooting) and 12 assists against No. 15 Providence Feb. 1…had 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting and 10 assists in a win over Butler in Queens Feb. 18…logged 17 points, eight assists and seven rebounds in a home win against Xavier March 2.

2020-21 SEASON (AS A FRESHMAN AT ST. JOHN’S): BIG EAST Freshman of the Year…BIG EAST Co-Defensive Player of the Year…unanimous BIG EAST All-Freshman Team selection….one of four players in conference history to be named BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year as a freshman, joining a group that features three Naismith Hall of Famers (Allen Iverson, Alonzo Mourning and Patrick Ewing)…one of only three players alongside Iverson and Ewing to win BIG EAST Freshman of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year simultaneously...started 24 of his 25 appearances…MBWA All-Met Rookie of the Year... averaged 10.9 points, 4.3 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game…scored in double figures 13 times with a pair of 20-point outings...led the BIG EAST, ranked sixth nationally and first among freshmen in steals per game…sixth in the BIG EAST, first among freshmen, in assists per game…four-time BIG EAST Freshman of the Week (Dec. 21, Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8)…named to the All-Lapchick Tournament Team after averaging 12 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 3.0 steals during his first two collegiate games…scored 16 of his 18 points in the first half against Boston College Nov. 30…tallied 18 points, six assists and three steals in the win at No. 23 UConn Jan. 18…logged his first 20-point game against Utah Valley Jan. 23…posted a season-high six steals in the win at Marquette Jan. 31…had 16 points, six assists and three steals in the win over No. 3 Villanova at Carnesecca Arena Feb. 3…poured in a season-high 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting at Providence Feb. 6…tallied 15 points, nine assists and eight boards against Xavier Feb. 16.
PRIOR TO ST. JOHN’S: Starred at Our Saviour Lutheran in the Bronx alongside former St. John’s teammate Dylan Addae-Wusu…a four-star recruit and the No. 6 prospect in New York state according to ESPN…scored a league-record 60 points as a senior on 24-of-40 shooting to go along with eight assists and seven boards in a game against Word of God Academy…led OSL to the Grind Session Championship Game…missed almost all of his junior season with a broken arm…was slotted as high as No. 44 in the 247 national player rankings in 2017 before his injury…played for NY Lightning on the AAU circuit…competed in the 2017 Jordan Brand Classic Global Showcase, where he scored 13 points and dished out six assists.
