Jake DelCampo joined the Butler football coaching staff in July of 2023. Currently in his second season, he serves as a defensive analyst, primarily working with the team’s secondary. In his first season, he was an offensive analyst focusing on the team’s quarterbacks. DelCampo helped Butler’s offense finish second in the PFL in scoring (28.91 ppg) and total offense (368.36 ypg). Under his guidance, Bret Bushka was named a PFL First Team selection and earned First Team All-PFL honors from Phil Steele.Â

A former student-athlete at Ohio Wesleyan, DelCampo played safety for the Battling Bishops and remained on campus in the spring to help coach running backs and defensive backs, working under the guidance of head coach Tom Watts.

While at Ohio Wesleyan, DelCampo graduated with a double major in business marketing and sports management. He worked multiple summer camps in 2021, spending time with the Cleveland Browns and Northville High School. DelCampo was also a recruiting intern for Butler during the summer of 2022.
