Biography

2021 Season (Redshirt-Senior): 2021 All-PFL Second Team selection… Played in all 11 games… Part of a Bulldog offensive line unit that ranked second in the PFL in rushing offense… Helped BU rush for 174.5 yards per contest and pass for 181 yards per game.

2021 Spring Season (Redshirt-Junior): 2020-21 All-PFL Honorable Mention Selection… Started in all six games… Helped BU average 104 rushing yards and 224 passing yards per game… As a unit, the ‘Dawgs only gave up six sacks in 2021.

2019 Season (Redshirt-Sophomore): Played in all 12 games, making six starts… First start came at Morehead State (Oct. 19).

2018 Season (Redshirt-Freshman): Played in four games… Made his debut at Drake (Oct. 6)… Final game came at home vs Stetson (Nov. 10).

2017 Season: Redshirt... Named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll.

High School:  Two years as a varsity starter... Sectional Champion in 2015 and 2016... Named All-Conference, All-State and Best Team Lineman in 2015 and 2016.

Personal:  Son of Kathleen and Robert Purlee... Has two siblings.
