2024 Season: Did not appear in any games.

2023 Season (Graduate): Played in eight games… Made three tackles on special teams… Came up with a tackle in the season opener at Montana (9/2)… Credited with a solo tackle vs. Taylor (9/9)… Final tackle came at Stetson (9/23).

2022 at Eastern Illinois (Senior): Moved back to defensive side of football... Did not appear in any games during the 2022 season.

2021 at Eastern Illinois (Junior): Did not play in any games during the 2021 season... Used redshirt season. 

2020 at Eastern Illinois (Sophomore): Appeared in three games during the 2020 season playing the spring of 2021... Saw most of time on special teams unit... Did not record any statistics.

2019 at Eastern Illinois (Freshman): Played in seven games seeing time as a reserve linebacker and on special teams... Made two tackles during the season with both at Indiana... Added a pass break-up at Indiana.

High School: Played at Sacred Heart Griffin HS in Springfield for legendary coach Ken Leonard, the winningest football coach in Illinois history... Played both defensive end and linebacker during time at Sacred Heart Griffin and was rated at Top 50 FCS Recruit by Hero Sports... Earned All-Conference honors finishing the season with 51 tackles and eight tackles for loss... Helped lead Sacred Heart Griffin to the second round of the IHSA Class 6A playoffs finishing the year with an 8-3 record… Team captain.

Personal: Son of Pete and Carol Edwards... Has two siblings; Reese and Hugh... Obtained an undergraduate degree in criminology/criminal justice... Pursuing a master of arts degree in management.
