2022 - Senior: 
Played in 10 games ... made one start ... caught 18 passes for 221 yards and one touchdown ... tied career-high with 69 yards receiving against Sam Houston (Oct. 15) ... four catches for 62 yards against Eastern Michigan (Oct. 2) ... five-yard touchdown reception against Charleston Southern (Sept. 17). 

2021 - Junior: Played in all 11 games while making two starts ... caught 20 passes for 207 yards and one touchdown ... hauled in a 16-yard touchdown against Austin Peay (Sept. 25) ... caught eight passes for 69 yards, both career highs, against Stephen F. Austin (Nov. 6).

At Northern Illinois
2020 - Sophomore: 
Played in six games … carried the ball twice … had one kickoff return for 25 yards … recorded one tackle.
 
2019 - Freshman: Participated in five games primarily on special teams … Made his Huskie debut as a reserve wide receiver at Ohio (Oct. 12) … contributed on kickoff return, kickoff and punt return teams.

2018 - Redshirt

High School: Named to the Daily Southtown All-Area Team as an athlete… Ran for 1,384 yards and 13 touchdowns and threw for 1,250 yards and 17 scores his senior year at Rich Central High School… Awarded the Southland Athletic Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Year… As a member of the Rich Central track team, won the Class 2A state title as a part of the 400-meter relay team.

Personal: Son of Shawn and Cherryl Mitchell… His brothers played football at Eastern Illinois (Shawn) and Austin Peay (Jeremiah)… Majoring in business management.
