2022 PFL Academic Honor Roll

2023 Season (Junior): Played in 11 games, primarily on special teams… Recorded two tackles… Made a solo tackle at Stetson (9/23)… Had a solo tackle vs. Valpo (10/28).

2022 Season (Sophomore): Played in eight games… Ended the year with 15 tackles… Made 12 solo stops while assisting on three tackles… Made a season-high five tackles vs. Dayton (10/8)… Came up with a critical interception in the end zone to help Butler shutout the Flyers to end their scoring streak… Forced a fumble vs. Morehead State (10/29)… Added a tackle for loss and a sack vs. the Eagles… Made three tackles at South Dakota State (9/17).

2021 Season (Freshman): Appeared in 10 games… Made 21 total tackles… Recorded 10 solo stops while assisting on 11 tackles… Credited with one quarterback hurry… Made a season-high five tackles in the season opener at Illinois State (Sept. 4)… Recorded four tackles at Morehead State (Oct. 16)… Posted four tackles in the final home game of the year vs. Valpo (Nov. 13).

2021 Spring Season (Redshirt): Played in all six games… Recorded five tackles… Posted two tackles vs. Drake (April 10)… Followed that effort with two more tackles at Morehead State (April 17).

High School: Three-year starter under the direction of head coach Justin Roden… Recorded 42 tackles during his senior season with one interception, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries… Came up with 59 tackles during his junior campaign… Named Academic All-State… Team captain… Member of the National Honor Society… FCA Leader of the Year… Academic honors.
 
Personal: Son of Troy and Michele Leach… Has a sibling named Sierra… Plans to major in human communication and organizational leadership.
