2022 PFL Academic Honor Roll

2024 Season (Senior): Played in six games, making one start against Dayton (10/19)… Ended the year with two catches for 14 yards… Caught an eight-yard pass against Morehead State (10/5)… Hauled in a six-yard reception at Davidson (10/26)… Made two tackles on special teams… Had a solo stop against Virginia Lynchburg (9/28)… Had an unassisted tackle vs. Dayton (10/19).

2023 Season (Senior): Played in six games, making four starts… Caught five passes for 66 yards… Averaged 13.2 yards per catch… Longest reception covered 28 yards in the season opener at Montana (9/2)… Caught a season-high three passes for 25 yards vs. Presbyterian (9/30)… Had one reception for 13 yards vs. Wabash (9/16).

2022 Season (Junior): Played in five games… Caught two passes for 69 yards… Longest reception gained 45 yards… Averaged 34.5 yards per catch… Made a tackle against Morehead State (10/29)… Made his season debut vs. Marist (10/22)… Caught a 45-yard pass vs. Morehead State (10/29)… Made a 24-yard reception at San Diego (11/5).

2021 Season (Sophomore): Played in nine games…  Caught three passes for 40 yards… First reception gained 14 yards at St. Thomas (Sept. 25)… Caught one pass for nine yards vs. Valpo (Nov. 13)… Final reception covered a season-high 17 yards at Marist (Nov. 20)… Returned one kick-off 17 yards at Morehead State (Oct. 16).

2021 Spring Season (Freshman): Played against Drake (April 10)… Caught two passes for 45 yards… Hauled in a 38-yard TD pass from Bret Bushka.

High School: Two-year starter for head coach Corey Olson… Ended his senior season with 835 receiving yards on 25 receptions… Scored seven touchdowns… Added one interception on defense… Named All-Conference… Tabbed Offensive Player of the Year… Team Captain… Team MVP… All-Area selection… Scored three touchdowns in one game vs. Evanston… Also played baseball… 4.0 GPA.
 
Personal: Son of Milovan and Karen Popovic… Has one sibling; Maja… Plans to major in computer science.
