High School: Two-year starter and three-year letter-winner under the guidance of head coach Adam Bakken… Helped his team post a 9-2 overall record… Went 6-1 vs. conference opponents… Member of two conference championship teams… Picked off three passes his senior year to go along with 44 tackles… Credited with two interceptions as a junior with 32 tackles… Team Captain… Team Defensive Player of the Year… First Team All-Conference… First Team All-County… First Team All-Area… First Team All-Region… Honor Roll student… Also competed in wrestling and played baseball.
