High School: Two-year starter under the guidance of head coach Ryan Crissey… IHSA 5A State Qualifer… Helped his team post an 11-9 record… Posted 2,213 all-purpose yards as a senior… Responsible for 24 touchdowns and only four interceptions… Threw for 1,730 passing yards during his junior season… Tossed 10 touchdowns and ran for six… Named Upstate 8 All-Conference… Tabbed IHSA 5A All-State… IHSA Academic All-State honoree… Tied a school record by posting five touchdowns in one game… Team captain… Threw for 360 yards vs. St. Rita in the first round of the IHSA… Scored five touchdowns vs. Fenton… honor roll student… Member of the National Honors Society… Also played basketball
