2023 Phil Steele Fourth Team All-PFL

2023 Season (Graduate): Played in nine games, making six starts… Caught 18 passes for 190 yards and scored four touchdowns… Ended the year tied for seventh in the PFL with four receiving touchdowns... Averaged 10.6 yards per catch and 21.1 yards per game… Made a splash in the season opener at Montana with two catches for 55 yards and a touchdown… Caught a 14-yard touchdown pass vs. Presbyterian (9/30)… Hauled in four receptions for 25 yards vs. Davidson while scoring a TD (10/14)… Final TD catch came at Dayton (10/21)… Longest reception covered 29 yards… Caught a season-high four passes at St. Thomas (10/7)… Caught four more passes in his next game vs. the Wildcats… Credited with solo  tackles vs. Presbyterian and Davidson.

2022 Season at Ball State: Played in 12 games... Caught five passes for 33 yards... Averaged 6.6 yards per catch... Longest catch covered 15 yards... Caught two passes for 27 yards vs. Murray State (9/17)... Caught one pass for four yards in the season opener vs. Tennessee (9/1)... Returned a kick-off 15 yards vs. NIU (10/1).

2021 Season at Ball State: Academic All-Conference selection... Competed in all 13 games on special teams and as a tight end ... made first career appearance in season opener vs. Western Illinois (Sept. 2)... caught a pass for six yards at Penn State (Sept. 11) ... played in all eight MAC games ... had a kick return for eight years at Northern Illinois (Nov. 10).

2020 Season at Ball State: Did not see game action.

High School: Earned four letters from head coach Brandon Winters at Southport High … 2-star recruit via 247Sports … played quarterback for the Cardinals as a senior … two-time captain … two-time first team all-state and three-time all-conference pick … threw for 2,170 yards and 27 touchdowns as a prepster … also carried the ball for more than 650 yards and seven scores in 2019 … tallied 1,160 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns during his junior year … a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Gene and Amy Lezon… Has three siblings; Heather, Sarah and Josie… Majoring in logistics and supply chain.
