Anya Housholder joined the Butler Athletics staff in October of 2022 in the role of assistant director of academics and compliance.
Housholder arrived at Butler after most recently serving as the coach and operations manager for the Texas Pride Field Hockey Club.
Housholder also served as the volunteer assistant coach for the Ball State Field Hockey program from 2019-2021. During that same time, she was a graduate research and teaching assistant at Ball State in the school of kinesiology.
Housholder (under her maiden name of Eicher) was a field hockey student-athlete at Ball State as well. Upon graduation, she served as an office assistant for Ball State Athletics in compliance and operations.
Housholder earned both a bachelor's degree (business administration and economics) and master's degree (sport administration) from Ball State.
