2016: Selected as the 2016-17 BIG EAST Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year...Mac Hermann Trophy semifinalist...picked among the Top 30 for the Senior CLASS Award...named NSCAA Second Team All-American...named NSCAA First Team All-Region...voted BIG EAST Co-Offensive Player of the Year and selected to the All-BIG EAST First Team... BIG EAST Tournament Most Outstanding Offensive Player, while also earning a spot on the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team as the Bulldogs won the 2016 BIG EAST championship...NSCAA First Team Scholar All-American...named the National Player of the Week for the NSCAA, NCAA, College Soccer News and Top Drawer Soccer on Sept. 12, in addition to earning BIG EAST weekly honor...one of three times he was named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week, while also making one appearance on the conference's weekly five-member honor roll...started in all 20 matches...led the team and ranked second in the BIG EAST in goals (12)...led the team and ranked second in the BIG EAST in points (28)...led the team and ranked third in the BIG EAST for shots (85)...led BU in shots on goal (41) and game-winning goals (4)...scored two goals in three straight games: against UC Santa Barbara (9/9), Oregon State (9/11) and Villanova (9/17)...three of his game-winning goals came against BIG EAST opponents: Villanova (9/17), Marquette (10/29) and Villanova (11/10 - BIG EAST Tournament)...hit double-digit shot attempts (10) against UC Santa Barbara (9/9).  

2015: Second Team All-BIG EAST...CoSIDA Academic All-District Men's Soccer Team and Third Team Academic All-American...started in all 14 games he played in...finished second on the team in scoring with 23 points, tied for the team lead with 11 goals, including three game-winners...made the game-winner against #25 Xavier in the regular season finale...had two goals in four separate matches, including the match with Providence in the BIG EAST quarterfinals...finished second on the team in shots with 43...lead the team in shots on goal with 26...his 11 goals were tied for fourth in the BIG EAST, while his 23 points were sixth in the conference...twice made the BIG EAST's five-player Weekly Honor Roll...finished among the Top 15 nationally in goals per game (third), points per game (11th) and shots on goal per game (12th)...NSCAA All-North/Central Second Team Scholar-Athlete.

2014: Starter in all 18 matches...named second team All-BIG EAST...led the Bulldogs and tied for tenth in the BIG EAST in scoring with 15 points...tied for sixth in the conference in goals with six...tied for ninth in the BIG EAST in shots with 42...tied for third in the conference with a team-high three game-winning goals...scored Butler's game-winner in a 2-0 victory over #11 Providence...notched the game-winner against both IUPUI and Loyola...named to the All-Tournament Team at the Bert and Iris Wolstein Classic, after helping Butler to the team title...named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District V Team.

2013: Led the Bulldogs in goals scored and total points...named BIG EAST Rookie of the Year...chosen to the 2013 BIG EAST All-Tournament Team...ranked in the top three in the BIG EAST in both goals and points...recorded a hat trick against Houston Baptist on September 9...scored the game-tying and game-winning goals against Indiana on September 25...led the Bulldogs with five game-winning goals. 

Prior to Butler: Originally from Bristol, England, Goldsmith played for West Bromwich Albion English Premier League Academy for five years. This past year, he was named captain of the Nike Academy on Loughborough, England. Goldsmith has also spent time in an under-19 camp for Wales.

"I felt a great connection to Coach Snape both personally and his vision of the direction and style of play of the team," Goldsmith said at the time of his committment. "I am looking forward to the opportunity to earn a degree from a prestigious University and further my dreams of playing professionally after college."
