Biography

2013: Saw no varsity action due to transfer rules.

Kozielek, a native of Bartlett, Illinois and a transfer from DePaul University, spent his time before college in the youth system of the Chicago Fire of MLS. His 2011 team were national champions of the NPL League. At DePaul, Kozielek started 17 matches as a freshman in 2012 and totaled four points on one goal and two assists. He was voted DePaul's Freshman of the Year by his teammates. 

"I chose to transfer to Butler because of their highly respected program and their coaching," Kozielek said at the time of his committment. "I really feel Butler is where I will be able to grow, develop and excel as player and a student."
