Butler University Athletics

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Allyn was a four-year letterwinner at Mount Vernon, helping lead her team to 50 wins over four seasons. Postseason accolades include All-State Second Team, Courier & Press All-Southwestern Indiana Softball Team, Indiana South All-Star Team, and All-PAC First Team. The team MVP was ranked by Extra Innings as the No. 44 pitcher in the Class of 2026. In her final season at Mount Vernon, she batted .485 with two home runs and eight doubles while producing a 1.934 ERA in the circle with 167 strikeouts. Allyn, who pitched a no-hitter in 2024 vs. South Spencer, left Mount Vernon holding school records with 510 career strikeouts, 174 single-season strikeouts, and 19 strikeouts in a single game.  The multi-sport athlete also participated in volleyball, cheerleading, and swimming, and she traveled with Illinois Force. Allyn was a Class of 2026 Elite Scholars Academic Athlete and earned Academic All-State recognition. The valedictorian was a Lilly Endowment Recipient, NHS Scholar, and National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL: Allyn is the daughter of Matthew and Heather Allyn and has three siblings, Zackary, Grant, & Amber.
