2015:  Played in 46 games, including 45 as a starter...led the team and ranked second in the BIG EAST with a .423 batting average...first Butler player since 1981 to bat over .400 for a season...led the Bulldogs in slugging percentage (.642), on-base percentage (.500) and total hits (58)...recorded a team-high 23 walks...had 17 multiple-hit games and nine multiple-RBI games...posted a 10-game hitting streak during the season...named BIG EAST Player of the Week on Feb. 9 and again on Feb. 16...chosen to the All-Tournament Team at the Mardi Gras Invitational...started the season with three consecutive games with three hits...was three for three against Loyola (Ill.), three for four with three RBIs against Western Illinois and three for three with two runs scored against UIC...also had three hits each against Oklahoma State and DePaul...led the team in putouts (261) and posted a .979 fielding percentage.

2014:  Played in 42 games, all as a starter...finished second on the team in hitting with a .294 average...led the team in doubles (13) and tied for the team lead in home runs (3) and runs batted in (27)...had a team-high .468 slugging percentage...tied for second on the team in runs scored (26)...named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll on April 14, after batting .471 with five doubles and eight RBIs in five games against Morehead State and Villanova...had 10 multiple-hit games...was three-for-five with a double and two RBIs against UMKC.

2013: Kotter finished the 2013 season with a .286 batting average and one run batted in. She also drew five walks and started all 11 games she appeared in. To top it off, she was named a National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete for maintaining a 3.5 GPA throughout the school year.

High School:  Two-time first team All-State infielder at Vincennes Lincoln High School...owns the Indiana career batting average record (.629)...set a school single season batting record with a .681 average, the second-high average in state history...compiled a school career-record 205 hits, the second-highest total in state history...batted over .600 in all four high school seasons...four-year All-Conference performer...Evansville Courier All-Soutwest Player of the Year in 2011...three-time Evansville Courier All-Southwest Team...two-time Vincennes Sun Commercial All-Area Player of the Year...three-time Sun Commercial All-Area Team...three-time McDonald's Player of the Year...Academic All-State performer in 2012...four-year varsity letterwinner and honorable mention Academic All-State player on high school women's basketball team...state qualfier, conference medalist and All-Conference performer on high school golf squad...earned 12 varsity letters in high school...High School Coach:  Jill Fry.
