BIG EAST Honor Roll (2/8/22)

2023 SEASON (as a sophomore): Played in 43 games, starting 31...played third base late in season, but was predominantly a pinch batter and runner due to injury...her 14 hits included two doubles, a triple, and a home run...drew 13 walks...notched eight RBI and stole two bases...had a pair of hits in three games, twice at Creighton (3/31, 4/1) and at Seton Hall (5/6), where she had a triple and a home run.

2022 SEASON (as a freshman): Started all 47 games she appeared in...batted .244 with four doubles and a triple...scored 21 runs and produced 18 RBI...led the BIG EAST with seven sacrifice bunts and was eighth (third on the team) with 16 stolen bases...drew 22 walks...had two or more hits in nine games and 2 or more RBI in four games...had a season high three hits on Feb. 26 vs. Southern Illinois and a season high three stolen bases on Apr. 23 vs. Creighton...went 2-or-4 with a double and two RBI on Feb. 11 vs. Bowling Green...went 2-for-3 with two RBI in a Mar. 11 win over Villanova...received BIG EAST honor roll recognition the week of Feb. 8.

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Hit .471 as a sophomore at Northwestern High School, one season after hitting .459 as a freshman...owns school records for single-season batting average and doubles...a three-year captain and two-year all-conference honoree...was a three-sport standout at Northwestern, leading the school to back-to-back 3A basketball state championships and playing varsity soccer...played for the Indiana Gators Kissee club program...National Honor Society student.
