2023 SEASON (AS A SENIOR):
A 2023 All-BIG EAST Second Team selection...appeared in 31 games in the pitching circle, starting 27...produced a 9-17 record with a 3.84 ERA over 151.1 innings...threw 14 complete games, tallying six wins...totaled 82 strikeouts with a season-high seven in her final game vs. DePaul (5/10)...logged a hit and an RBI vs. Tennessee-Martin (3/4)...named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators.

2022 SEASON (AS A JUNIOR): Appeared in 38 games, starting 36...saw action in the batter's box and the pitcher's circle...batted .267 (5th on the team) with 28 hits that included four home runs and three doubles...had 19 RBI and scored 11 runs...produced multiple hits in nine games and multiple RBI in seven games...went 3-for-4 in a Mar. 11 win over Villanova...accumulated seven RBI over three games, Feb. 26-Mar. 4, vs. Southern Illinois, IUPUI, and Memphis...went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI on Mar. 25 vs. Seton Hall and again on Apr. 24 vs. Creighton...over 49.1 innings in the circle, went 3-5 with an ERA of 2.55...notched 31 strikeouts...pitched a complete game on Feb. 18 vs. Ohio State, allowing only four hits and one run, while striking out three, in the 1-0 loss.

2021 SEASON (AS A SOPHOMORE): Started in 38 of the teams 39 games...Played both in the field and pitched for the Bulldogs. As a batter: Fourth highest batting average on the team with a .235...Second on the team in hits with 27...Third on the team in home runs with two...Home runs came against Seton Hall on 3/13, and UConn on 3/27. Tied third on the team in RBI with 11...Third on the team in doubles with four...Successful on all four stolen base attempts...Drew five walks on the season...Recorded three hit games vs. Drake on 2/13, 3/13 vs. Seton Hall, vs. DePaul on 5/1. Also recorded multi-hit games vs. UConn on 3/27, and 4/3 vs. St. Johns. As a pitcher: Made 15 appearances at pitcher, starting five of those...Recorded a 2.98 ERA on the season, ranking sixth best in the BIG EAST...Finished the season with a 2-3 record, pitching two complete games and making one save....Recorded 30 strikeouts...Pitched a total of 42.1 innings.

2020 SEASON (AS A FRESHMAN): Played in 22 of the team's 23 games, making 20 starts (the 2020 season was canceled March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic)...saw action both as a pitcher and in the outfield...at the plate, her .255 batting average was fifth on the team...tied for third on the team with 10 RBI...her 14 hits (tied for third on the team) included two home runs and three doubles...drew nine walks, one shy of the team lead...had four games with two hits...her first career home run came Feb. 16 vs. Akron...also homered against Western Carolina March 6...in the circle, she made six appearances (two starts)...posted a 3-2 record and a 3.21 ERA...pitched 24.0 innings, which was third on the team...pitched a complete-game shutout vs. Yale Feb. 29, striking out four and allowing only three hits...picked up the save in her first career appearance Feb. 8, pitching three perfect innings in the win over Omaha...picked up the win in a combined shutout Feb. 15 over Georgia State, going 4.1 innings. 

PRIOR TO BUTLER: 2019 All-State first team selection after earning second-team honors in both 2017 and 2018...2019 Indiana All-Star...2019 conference MVP and three-time All-NIC selection...2019 Penn Station Spring Athlete of the Year...her nine home runs and 62 RBI as a sophomore are Penn single-season school records when she was named to the Max Preps All-American Team...as a senior, batted .436 while posting a 1.30 ERA in the circle...as a junior, posted a 1.86 ERA to go along with a .411 batting average...as a sophomore, her ERA was 0.55...helped her team to a state runner-up finish in 2016...team won the NIC conference title in each of her four seasons...team also advanced to the semistate finals in 2019...in her four seasons, Penn posted a 57-20 record, including 47-1 in conference play...played for coach Beth Zachary...played for the Mystique Travel Team, which posted a 67-15 combined record during her time...also played volleyball at Penn...in the classroom, earned high academic honors and was a first-team NIC Academic honoree...qualified for Academic All-State recognition.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Stephanie and Brian Griman...has one sister, Alyssa. 

Coach Scott Hall: "Mackenzie has been coming to our camps since she was a freshman. She impressed us then and has continued to work hard and improve. In the circle, she has developed into a power pitcher with good movement who can change speeds, which is a lethal combination. At the plate, she is a home run threat every swing. She is a great culture kid and will make a great Bulldog teammate!"
