2026 Season (as a senior): The All-BIG EAST First Team and NFCA All-Region Second Team selection started all 46 games for the Bulldogs...broke Butler's school record with 55 runs scored...led the BIG EAST and ranked 25th nationally with 1.20 runs scored per game...led the team with 37 walks...batted .410 with 57 hits, which was second on the team...her .410 avg. was second in the conference and ranked 84th nationally...also second on the team with .547 SLG%, .536 OB%, 11 doubles, 42 RBIs, and 13 stolen bases...her .536 OB% was second in the conference and ranked 31st nationally...hit home runs vs. Kansas City (2/7) and Detroit Mercy (2/21)...went 4-for-4 with two doubles, four RBIs, and four runs scored in a 13-11 win at Tennessee State (2/13)...tied Butler's single-game record with six RBIs (2-3, 2B, HR, 3R, 2BB) in a 14-4 vs. Detroit Mercy (2/21)...named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on three occasions (2/23, 3/23, 5/4)...CSC Academic All-District.

2025 Season (as a junior): Started all 46 games in which she appeared...led Butler with a pair of triples...second on the team with 21 drawn walks and tied for second with 30 runs scored...stole seven bases to rank third for Butler...her 25 RBI and eight doubles ranked fourth on the team...batted .281 with 39 hits...had a season-high three hits at Providence (3/14) and produced three RBI on a pair of doubles at Seton Hall (April 27)...knocked in the tying and winning runs vs. Georgetown (March 28)...CSC Academic All-District.

2024 Season (as a sophomore): Started all 50 games in which she appeared...fourth on the team with a .296 batting average (48-for-162)...had 3 hits in 3 different games...recorded five doubles and a triple over the season...produced 12 RBI, aided by 6 sacrifice bunts and a sacrifice fly...stole 6 bases...picked up BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honors after going 10-for-19 (.526) with 2 doubles at the Panther Invitational at Georgia State University (Feb. 16-18)...CSC Academic All-District.

2023 Season (as a freshman): Did not appear in any games (due to injury)

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Conger's high school team won its conference championship her senior season with an unblemished record. She was named All-Conference and earned Player-of-the-Year honors, hitting .555/.621/1.073 with 10 home runs and 17 doubles and adding 44 RBI, 20 stolen bases, and 66 runs. As a high school junior, Conger helped lead her high school team to a perfect conference record (12-0), a regional championship, and a sectional final appearance in the 2020-21 season. Coached by Jenna Charbonneau, she batted .473 with 40 runs and 25 RBIs and was named all-conference, all-area, and All-State Second Team.

Conger traveled with Wisconsin Lightning Fastpitch for seven years. Her 2020-21 slash line of .500/.557/.752 led the team and included 113 hits with 12 triples and 24 doubles. In 133 innings behind the plate, she caught five of eight stealing and picked off two, producing a .993 fielding percentage. The previous season, she also led the team at the plate, slashing .502/.569/.766 with 116 hits that included 15 triples and 22 doubles. In 36 innings behind the plate, she picked off four of eight, accumulating a .966 fielding percentage.
 
Coach Hall on Conger: "Hailey just flat competes! College athletics runs in her family, and you can tell when she steps on the field. She has a high motor and loves to go, go, go. A true triple threat at the plate will make her hard to defend in the BIG EAST. A great fit, on and off the field, for Butler! We are excited for what is to come for her as a Dawg!"
