Kelsey Morgan

Kelsey Morgan joined the Butler Athletics strength and conditioning staff in January of 2026. In this role, Morgan oversees the strength and conditioning planning and implementation for several of Butler's athletic programs. 

Morgan arrived at Butler from Akron University where she programmed, facilitated and coached all lifts and field sessions for the women's soccer, softball, and men's and women's track and field sprinters and hurdlers. 

She previously served as a strength and conditioning intern at Butler during the summer of 2024, and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at her alma mater, Ohio University, from 2022-24. 

A two-time graduate of Ohio University with an undergrad degree in Exercise Physiology Pre-Physical Therapy and a masters degree in Exercise Physiology Human Performance, Morgan was a member of Ohio's swimming and diving team. She earned All Mid-American Conference honors and held program records in both the 100-meter and 200-meter breaststroke. She was awarded the Skip Vosler Comeback Athlete of the Year for her perseverance through injury and a successful return to sport. 

Morgan holds a CSCS certification.
