Butler University Athletics

Kylie Gainey joined the Butler staff as an assistant athletic trainer in June of 2023. She will work primarily with the women's soccer program and the men's golf program at Butler.

Gainey was most recently a graduate-assistant athletic trainer at the University of Arkansas where she coordinated medical services for track & field events and managed student athletic trainers. Prior to that, she completed a summer internship with New Orleans Saints (2020).

Gainey received her bachelor’s in athletic training from Purdue in 2021. The Noblesville, Indiana, native then earned a master’s in sport management from Arkansas in 2023.
