The Bulldogs started the day off strong, taking down WashU 5-2 in the first match of the day at the Butler Bubble. Butler secured the doubles point in the No. 1 and No. 2 position, followed by four singles wins.

Mason Dragos and Ryan Roegner defeated Konrad Kozlowski and and Benjamin van der Sman 6-3, followed by a 6-4 win in the No. 2 spot from Aviv Ben Shabat and Adrian Mag.

Dragos continued his domination in the No. 1 spot, notching his second singles win of the weekend 7-5, 6-3, over Ethan Hills. Thomas Brennan tallied another win for Butler in the No. 2 spot, topping Bernard Neves 7-5, 6-2.

Ben Shabat secured the victory in the No. 3 spot, battling to a 7-6, 4-6, 6-3 win over Daniel Li. Spencer Lang also came away with a hard-fought victory, falling behind 6-3 in the first set before coming back to take sets two and three 6-2, 10-6.

Following the Bulldogs win over WashU, Butler made the trip to Greencastle, Ind. to take on the DePauw Tigers. The Bulldogs notched their second win of the day over the Tigers, 8-1.

Dragos and Roegner took another win in the No. 1 spot over Greg Frauenheim and Bryce McClanahan 8-4. Mag and Dickson, as well as Brennan and Lang tallied wins in the No. 2 and 3 spots, respectively.

The Bulldogs notched five straight set victories with Dragos leading the way in the No. 1 spot. He defeated Frauenheim 6-3, 6-4. Brennan took down McClanahan in the No. 2 spot 6-1, 6-3 and Ben Shabat posted a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Wyatt Metzger in the No. 3 spot. In the No. 6 spot, Mag shutout Billy Louiselle 6-0, 6-0.

Butler has the next week off, returning to action at the University of Indianapolis on Monday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m.
