@ButlerMSoccer Upsets No. 24 St. John’s in Overtime; Punches Ticket to BIG EAST Tournament

QUEENS, N.Y. - The Butler men's soccer team won its way into the BIG EAST Tournament with a thrilling, 1-0, overtime victory over No. 24 St. John's. Neither side was able to score in regulation, but Hemi Nasser found the back of the net just five minutes into extra time to walk off with the win. The Bulldogs (7-8-2, 5-4-1 BIG EAST) and Red Storm (10-5-2, 5-3-2 BIG EAST) will face each other for the second time in four days in a quarterfinal match on Saturday, November 6.
