Final Results
The Bulldogs finished off the fall portion of the 2022-23 season with a third-place finish at the 2022 Dayton Flyer Invitational. The event concluded Tuesday with a final 18 holes.

Freshman
Kelli Scheck led the Bulldogs after both rounds, ultimately finishing among a five-way tie for fourth at 155 (+15) after rounds of 77 and 78. Scheck has three Top-5 finishes among the first five tournaments of her Butler career. Â

Anci Dy of the University of Indianapolis won the event with a score of 151 (+11). She won by two strokes over teammate Katelyn Skinner.

The 5,958-yard NCR Country Club North Course put up quite a fight over the last two days ad Dy's first-round, four-over 74 was the best score of the 36-hole event.

There were a total of 65 players in the field, with all six Bulldog competitors among the top half in the final standings.

THE TEAMS:

The University of Indianapolis moved from a tie for second after the opening round to the top of the leaderboard at the conclusion of the event Tuesday. UIndy overtook host Dayton and won by a single stroke. Dayton entered the final round with a four-stroke advantage over both UIndy and Butler. Â
