ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Butler softball team opened its season with an indoor tournament in Rosemont, Ill., winning four games and losing two. The final game for the Bulldogs (4-2) was a 5-0 loss at the hands of Bowling Green (4-1). Butler's only other loss came to those same Falcons just two days earlier.

Madison Seigworth (2.0 IP, 2 H, R, ER, BB, K) provided relief out of the bullpen.
