Avery is a sophomore member of the Blue Squad for the 2024-25 season.

Avery began dancing at two years old with her home studio in Lexington, Kentucky. She has trained in all styles, but her favorites are contemporary, tap and pom. She was accepted into the School for the Creative and Performing Arts in fourth grade and studied ballet until graduating. As a four-year member and co-captain of the Lafayette High School Dance Team, she won two state championships and placed Top 5 at UDA Nationals. She was chosen as one of 24 dancers statewide to participate in the prestigious Governor’s School for the Arts, and as a senior was selected as a Still Inspired Future Artist for her choreography.
