Claire Edwards were named All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) July 8.
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
A total of 1,097 women's collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor across all NCAA divisions.
For the second consecutive season, Tibbets earned Google Cloud Academic All-America® honors as a member of the Division I Women's At-Large team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of American (CoSIDA). Tibbets earned second-team honors, just as she did in 2018.

Tibbets graduated in May with a 4.0 GPA and a degree in actuarial science.
Edwards, who just completed her freshman campaign, is among a young nucleus who will return for the Bulldogs in 2019-20.
