WESTFIELD, Ind. – The Butler women's soccer team and Seton Hall faced a change of venue due to weather, but the Bulldogs were not fazed and shut out the Pirates (3-7-5, 0-6-1 BIG EAST) by a final of 2-0. Butler (5-4-5, 2-3-2 BIG EAST) scored in the 5^th and 54^th minutes and outshot Seton Hall, 24-5.
 
The unfavorable conditions forced the match to relocate from Butler's campus to the indoor facility at Grand Park in Westfield, Ind.

• 5' | A Butler corner kick bounces in the front of the Seton Hall goal. Lucia Englund gets a touch and plays out to Gemma Gillespie, just beyond the 18. Gillespie hits a low shot that slides inside the right post, and the Dawgs are up, early, 1-0.

• 54' | A corner kick from Talia Sommer finds the head of Gillespie. The arching ball lands 10 yards out, and Chloe Brecht is there to send it directly to the back of the net. It's a two-goal lead for the Bulldogs.
