Four Bulldogs scored in double figures and a fifth made an impressive debut as Butler posted an 85-53 win over Central Arkansas Friday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse.

"Our attention to detail defensively took another step tonight," said coach LaVall Jordan. "We continued to share the ball well, which we have done throughout the preseason and these early games. This group is growing and we'll see how we respond with a quick turnaround (Butler hosts Troy Saturday night)."
Jayden Taylor led the Bulldogs with 18 points; he has scored in double figures in each of his first two collegiate games.
Jair Bolden used four three-pointers to post 16 points, while
Bryce Nze and
Bryce Golden combined for 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting.
