Butler, which is hosting the event in Jacksonville in its first tournament of the season, posted a team score of 303 (+19) in Monday's opening round. That puts the Bulldogs three shots back of Drexel for the lead.
Following Drexel (300) and Butler in the 10-team field is Evansville (308) and Murray State (312).
Raymond Sullivan shot a one-over 72 on the 6,750-yard Jacksonville Beach Golf Club course. He is alone in second place, trailing Drexel's Angelo Giantsopolous by two strokes.

Michael Cascino are tied for fifth individually at 76 (+5).
Nick Williams was Butler's fourth score to post Monday with a 79 (+8). He is tied for 20
th.
Stephen Kocerha is tied for 33
rd after an opening-round 81 (+10).
Augie Hartnagel, playing as an individual, shot a 14-over 85. He is tied for 48
th.
Tuesday's final round includes a scheduled shotgun start at 9 a.m.Â
