Welcome to historic Hinkle Fieldhouse! Built in 1928, Hinkle has reigned as one of the nation's great sports arenas for nearly nine decades.
In addition to being the home of Butler basketball, the Fieldhouse has played host to numerous community and national events, several of which you will learn about on this tour.
Throughout the building, tour stops are marked with numbered placards. As you approach a tour stop, simply click on the appropriate icon below to learn more. The page for each tour stop may include videos, photos or links to additional information.
Self-guided tours are available Monday through Friday, 8:30-5 p.m. or any time the Fieldhouse is open for an event. Please keep in mind, however, that during an event, admission prices may apply. Guided tours of the Fieldhouse are available by contacting the Butler Athletic Department at 317-940-9375.
